Almost forgot...

If you find anything not quite right please let me know.

This was basically a lateral move, I hope to have numerous upgrades and new content available in the near future.

The server now physically resides in the Nashville Tennessee area, much closer to home.

Sir Edd...

Forum posting was disabled for a few hours and search continues to be offline. Otherwise I *think* everything is the way it was (some of which was already broken...).

Unfortunately I believe the search engine used by the site has been deprecated. It may take a little time to research and replace it.

The site is now running on a brand spanking new server in an almost brand new facility with a brand new OS and with lots of redundant stuff (probably including me...).

Richard

Richard: I'm not sure what this is all about, but I do appreciate the effort you put into keeping this site up and running. I really on this more than anything. Thank you. Mark from Kalamazoo

Sadly the company where the Nostalgia Air server has resided for over a decade (their first colocation customer) closed its doors today.

I had to find a new location for the server, and since the server is 7 years old I chose to buy a new server to replace it. This also let me keep the site online during the transition except for a brief outage of the forum while I moved the database. And of course the search engine which uses a deprecated program.

I use this site and only this one as i am too old to look else where. I have made many close friends on this site and appreciate you and all who contribute.
