Hi All,
Was wondering if the capacitor layout in the power supply of a AK 37 Moderne is the same as a AK 40? I have a great schmatic for a 40 but the one for the 37 is a bit hard to follow. The power supply wires coming out were rotten to the max. Going to try and save the wires on the transformer side by trying to get down to the wires below the tar level. Hopefully I can get this one going because it is going to be featured on "American Restoration" on the History Channel and we already started filming the repairs. This one has me worried it is in terrible shape and will need 90% of the wires replaced. Any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED. Thanks Again, George T

Circuits and layout or similar but not exactly the same. The connecting board on top has ground terminals spaced a little different between the two models.
