I have a Motorola 51X15. Beautiful (original) condition but when i pulled it from storage the cord was brittle & cracking. Would the radio be worth more is i replaced the cord or should i leave it alone?

The radio will need more than just a new line cord. The electronics will need restoration. If you don't intend on repairing the radio, leave it as is. " Non-working "

yes, id like to. I displayed & used it about 8 years ago. Its still an awesome piece but im afraid to plug it in
