Recently purchased a vintage 1952 Webster Chicago ectronic Memory audio recorder, at a flea market. The recorder is very nice looking and nostalgic; but its missing a cover plate that is used for decorative purposes...where can I find parts for this recorder or is anyone familiar with this Model?

You best chance for parts is eBay, other than getting lucky at a radio fleamarket.
