No matter how careful someone is getting to the dial cord on this radio, the band switch will snap in two. I unbolted it and made sure there was no tension on any of the wires.
I replaced the band-spread dial cord, which isn't too much of a nightmare, and as I was putting the outer case back onto the chassis (this is a nightmare), the band switch's inner wafer cracked in half.
Does anyone know where I can find an exact replacement switch? Also, maybe it was already cracked in half and staying together somehow because I didn't hear any crack or snap of any kind. There was no tugging.
If someone can help, please help.

That was an "oops" when that control broke, but, since a replacement is available, it's not a big deal.
