Hi All,
I am looking for a schematic for this radio. It seems quite scarce. I need the 'USA' version not the 'WE' version, as they are different.
Any ideas on where one can be found?

Best Regards,

Bill Grimm

Sir Bill Geeeeeeee. . . . .

How come it is that I am seeming to want to believe that the main diference between the " HOLY Grail schematic " . . . for which you are seeking . . . is probably only having its diffference in the deemphasis R/C time constants being used in the FM demodulatior circuit in making the set compatible with our US versus the You- are- a peein' standards.

Thereby with its FM tonal reproduction not being in error when using the Euro 50 us time constant versus our 75 us time constant, when you bring in a foreign version and start to use it stateside..

The other info aspect would be in relevance to your unit additionally being a Musikschrank-er-er-er model and the difference in the gear down ratios in the phono drive /platter turntable in a possible use of 50 versus 60 ~ motor speed.

If having to merely troubleshoot the unit due to an electronic circuit inoperatability, see if this supplied schema will work for ye.

Hey ! ... I just got to thinking . . . . Do radioactive cats have 18 half-lives ?.

Wow Edd! You are the man!
Thank you very much!

Now I see that on the cathode of the output tube we have 821721 volts. The cahtode resistor is 170 ohms. Obviously the one in there is way too small. Do you know where I can find a 170 ohm resistor 115 trillion watt?
;-)

Someone else found the USA schematic. Oddly it looks quite a bit different. I would not have expected that kind of difference. I am looking in the power output section around the output transformer. Your schematic shows two taps and the other schematic shows one tap and it seems that is what I have in the radio.

Anyway, I may be writing back as it has a really odd problem.

Thanks again!

Bill Grimm
