Might consider a power supply made for operation on 120 or 240 volts with output of 6 or 12 volts? These supplies usually have two primary windings for use in series or parallel. Use one winding for 120 volts input. The other for 120 volts isolation. There will be another winding that can be for filaments.

These power supplies show up at flea msarkets, swap meets etc.

Another thing.. AES, www.tubesandmore.com has power transformers that might meet your requirements? Prices will be more but check their #P-T442 and P-T269AX.
