Stewart Warner A72T3 No audio from tuner

Hello All,
I replaced all the paper and electrolytic capacitors in this radio. I checked all the tubes and double checked all my connections to make sure that I don't think I made any mistakes. All that works is the amplifier. The tuner is completely dead.
The service data is so bad in Riders, it's difficult to find things in the circuit. Where is the voltage chart? I would like to make sure that all the tubes are on. I found two resistors that were way off value and replaced those. One was a 33K resistor that became a 300K ohm resistor and a 3K resistor that became an 8 K resistor. Everything I check is good, but it doesn't work.
As usual, this is extremely frustrating. I have spent several hours accomplishing nothing. Where should I look for audio and where should I look for voltages on each tube in the tuner section?
Either a voltage is missing or something is shorting out the tuner's output, is what it sounds like. But everything I check is good.
Please help if you can.

Thanks,

Dave

Hello Again All,
This is very weird. I went to measure voltages and this time when it turned it on it works fine and it's blasting. I did nothing except turn it back on again. Probably after turning it off and back on again it will refuse to work. Right now it sounds amazing.
