majestic 1s49 cruiser

I just recapped a melody cruiser among other things it needed, it was in storage for 50 years, lots of wiring rotted. All tubes light, some static coming out, no signals. on the antenna coil, the ring shaped one toward the end of the coil shaft, one wire is off....any ideas where it goes? Not sure which pin it goes to.

The antenna coil has a primary winding and a seperate secondary winding. with an ohm meter measure from the open wire, to the terminals on the coil. With the schematic you will now know where it goes by the continuity from the wire to the terminals on the coil.

Warren, thanks...my schematic leaves something to be desired, I will see if I can find a clearer one to download, maybe even with tube pinouts, etc....I am anxious to get this baby going!
