Todd,

I just looked on Ebay, i typed in dokorder and found the operation manual for the model 7050/7060 which should be almost identical to your 7030. It is listed as buy it now for $10.99.

after searching and searching the web for info on 7030 and not finding 1 word about it ,i decided that the 7050 is close enough to it like mitch said.so i opened it up and i see pieces of some deteriated looking stuff i assume must have been the capsan belt at one time.now im past the need for the owners manual and need a service manual.its a confusing bunch of mess in there so i dont think ill go ahead until i get 1.any ideas about where?ive been searching.thanks
