Does anyone know where I can obtain the schematic diagram for this record player ? if possible, I'd like to find the service manual also. I believe this was made in the early 1970s.

thanks - Jim

Jim,

I believe that you have a model V931. That model is covered in Sams Photofact Set 1192, Folder 4.

I do not happen to have that folder, but perhaps one of the other forum members does.

Or you can order it here: https://www.samswebsite.com/

No such site that I know of Jim. Many guys have decent personal collections of Sams stuff.....and are happy to help someone out by scanning a folder for a fellow hobbyist......if they happen to have the model you need.

An alternative is to bite-the-bullet and download (for a fee) a .pdf file of a model directly from Sams' website.

If you happen to live near a large library branch....you might find that they stock the entire Sams collection on their shelves ......for lending.

Be advised that your model V931 should have a suffix letter also. Models V931G & V931H are in set 927 folder 4. On the other hand, Models V931K, M, P, R or S are in Set 1192 folder 4.

Dennis - thanks - I need to do a little more homework and find out which specific model I have. I just picked this record player up - its exactly the same model my wife had when we were dating and used to listen to her and her sisters' LPs on.

I really appreciate your help - Jim
