ok, have an atwater kent model 55. its a working chassis. no cabinet. wondering if this chassis would fit in a atwater kent model 67 metal cabinet? any ideas or other suggestions are welcome. thank you.

There are different versions of Model 55. Some never had cabinets and were mounted in console radios. No metal cabinets fit 55C versions. Model 55 has two styles of tuning requiring different cabinets.

:hi norm. thank you for your response. this model 55 has a face on it. wood grain. im guessing it came out of a console. did try and fit it in my other ak 55 metal cabinet and it fits like it belongs there. assuming that a ak 67 metal cabinet is of same size it should fit. just wondering if it is the same size before i bought the item. thank you

I have an Atwater Kent Model 55C inside a hexagonal "Authentic Kiel Golden Voice Table". I am trying to determine a value. It is in very good condition. The radio still works. It was valued at more than $800 6 or 7 years ago. EBay has one that is in deplorable condition for $110.
