And with your unit possibly having a sole lamp or possibly you having the larger version of gun which is using a spaced apart tandem pair.
ORRRRR . . . on my frequent situations, its usually just a lamp loosening up in its rinky dink socket which they incorporated into the unit.
ALSO . . . Its a bit harder than usual to get a GOOD firm grip on that 222 mini concave / lens tipped envelope !
PLUS . . . .And I do see some of the later units (8200, etc ) is now using a different lamp. . . . . which has the same frontal bulb envelope profile as # 47/#44 . . . but this unit is using a 7194 wedge type of bulb and its basing.
