Hi to all ,

I bought a TC-2 Heathkit tube tester.
I see on the roll chart that some tubes i need to be tested are not listed. I was looking for a Chart Update.

On this Nostalgiaair link: i found what i need but i got an error message. So i wonder if there is a broken link or may be i need to update my old internet browser.

Yes, try the BAMA site - but somehow I seem to recall that all the Heath manuals were removed from BAMA because of a threat made my some guy who claims he has the rights to the manuals.

But, anyway, the roll charts, whatever edition, never had more than about 60% of the tubes. You need the "Supplement Test Data Sheet," which is a multipage, 8.5x11" brochure. You need both the roll chart and the Supplement to have a complete package.

If you are lacking info for a specific tube that you are wanting to test, post it and we can provide the data.

There is no more Heathkit listing on the BAMA/Edebris site. Some Heathkit info is still availible from overseas(?) websites. I found some info for a newly acquired HW-100. Try googling for what you need.
I've heard that the Heathkit legacy/domain/trademark names have been purchased by an entity that hopes to resurrect the company starting with a Windows7 based HERO-1 robot? Personally I enjoyed building kits and would do it again.

Oops. I keep forgetting that Heat is gone from BAMA. You can find Heath schematics here:

As for unlisted tubes, you can make up your own settings by using the setup data for similar tubes and applying a little windage. You'll need a tube manual for this. The TC-2 is a simple emission tester and there are sveral similar units such as the EICO 625, and Knight 600. Their charts may well work for you also.
