Considering that it is a 6 toober battery types of radio . . . my referencing numbers dont jive with that 528.40700, I'm coming up with 101.524.

Now, as per its "A" version, does that means that they merely used "ecru" colored dial cord . . . versus black ? Check it out.

Actually there is a model 6068A, chassis 528.40700 listed in Sam's 386-9.
