Hi Ken, The E424 tube was first produced in 1929, the others in 1927 & 1928. Your set would date from 1929 to probably before 1933. Don Black.

Hi Ken, There's a photo of your radio at
http://members.home.nl/kvdijke/Philips/2534.htm that shows it as a 1930 model. that seems right. If you do a search with Google, Yahoo, etc for Philips 2534 Radio you will find other information too. Don Black.
