Replacement speaker
1/31/1999 10:17:29 PMScott Rhode
I need to replace an EM speaker out of a Crosley 515.
field coil is open and the spider on the voice coil is
broken. The original speaker has a 4 ohm voice coil
and a 1050 ohm field coil. It's a Magnavox, round,
5 1/4" in diameter with two 3" on center mounting holes.

AES does not have a permanent mag type that will
fit properly in this set. Anybody have a source for
replacement speakers or even better, someone who can
repair the original? (rewind the field coil and fix
the broken spider).

Thanks all,
Scott
