I just posted a question about relays. I find they are attached to a belt clutch to the tuning shaft. Looks like the outer, larger shaft activates either of the two relays to fine tune up or down either direction. If anyone would like to let me know if that is right, please respond.

Yes, your radio has electronic tuning. A nice feature and selling point as shown in this 1937 ad.

Your Super 11 is the Model 1127 .. This one does show the electronic tuning (Dynatrol) The rest of the radio is the same.
