Hi,I have a Zenith 12s265 the dial makes noise when you try to tune it but nothing moves,dont see a place for a dial belt,could anyone give me some info

Your shutter dial does have two tuner belts. Could try radio daze for replacement kit. or some kind of O-ring thing like this guy did.
