Don't think they are worth anything. May try on some Ham radio sites.
I agree they aren't worth a lot for radio repair but someone must be buying them.. AES lists 316A for $44.40. AES doesn't list 8025 but it's an interesting tube for display.

:Hello ..I recently picked up a large box of tubes at an auction... In the box was some tubes I am not familiar with..Could someone help me out 1. as to what they are and 2. worth...Thank you..... I have a "saucer shaped" looks like a U.F.O printed on it: 316A VT-191 navy.... and the other is a really odd tube that is in the shape of an old eye tube but has 4 connectors two on each side (connectors are like those on the top of a 38, 24 ect) 2 connectors per side with 4 prongs on the bottom and these markings: RCA CRC 8025

The RCA 8025A tubes are radar tubes, I have an old radar oscillator that uses these, if you are willing to sell me one, please let me know,
