I joined the Forum about six months and have since repaired three vintage radios thanks to the help from this Forum. I have also learned that there is a requirement to have the right equipment to work on these old radios, Variac, isolation transformer (SAFETY), VTVOM, high volt cap tester, signal tracer, rf signal generator, tube tester, online sources for parts, etc.
The people on this Forum are great!
Hope you will continue to part of this mania, it's fun and very satisfying.
