Sir Bob. . . . . .

Now I don't know if that preee-cise manual situation is:

1 . . .You're wanting some pristine, complete B&K original manual or, if a PDF would also suffice.

2 . . . Or that you have a unit and are having trouble getting on past the power switch on phase.

Now, in that last case, ANY operation information would be a blessing in the mastering of that units operation.
Since it does seem to be capable of testing some other semi variants . . . UJT's---SCR's---Triacs. . . . and even pain 'ole diodes.

Now I do know that Schematics for Free used to have it in Pee Dee Eff format, but I am now seeing that, with time, possibly either it has become corrupted or a server / host transition might have done a number on it.

I initiated an archival web crawler retrieval and was then able to get it in bare HTML , but with it taking on some very minor graphic sizing /format hits on some very few areas.

If using it myself, I certainly would have no problem working with it as it is, or if really WANTING it , I could even clean it up and then Pee Dee Eff format it again.

Said info . . . now resides herewith:

:Hi! Edd,
I say thank you very much. I was able to copy it as a pdf and with some magnification it looks like a brand new manual. This B&K 162 I have is rough and I wanted to see if I could get it to fire up before I spend much on it. The face is rough at the bottom and I may have to scan it and use the paint program to make a new face out of thin photo paper since the original is just paper. From what I've read these are quality instruments, so I'm going to take a peek at it.
Thanks again!
Bob Masse
