Transistorized Radiola III

Several years ago someone wrote an article about installing transistors in burned-out W-11 tubes, and powering a Radiola with low voltage battery. Does anyone have any info. I would like to try it.

An article was published in ARC using a Fet. I'll send you a copy of this article.

I prefer making reproduction WD11's. I wrote an article about making WD11's using subminiature tubes. I'll send you that information.
