I need to remove the diaphragm from this speaker and am not sure just how to do it. The driver housing is in excellent condition and the part on which the coils are mounted removes quite easily. The diaphragm appears to be secured via a large ring that's screwed into the housing and I suppose I could use a large spanner wrench to remove it, but don't want to damage the pot metal through ignorance. The driver magnet seems to have lost most of its magnetism, so tips on how to remagnetize it would also be appreciated.
