If you have a schematic you can easily make a list of the caps shown there in the parts list and send it to Dave.

If you cannot find a schematic tell Dave and he may be able to sell you one and possibly make up a kit from that.
.. but you'd have to let him know you do not know what caps the set needs until you get a schematic..

Dave is a real nice guy and very helpful, I order my caps and resistors from him. The only condition is the $15 minimum not counting the postage.
