Sir Micro9. . . . . ( . . .sub-counter alter alias of 007)

I see that The Right Honorable and Esteemed Sir Dennis (Esq.)has just come forth with that info for you, but from yet another perspective, of that info not being freely acessible online, as a fweeeebie schematic, I am supplicating that rare 'ole bird of yours' schematic page access, by tacking it on at the end of this post.

In that manner, untold others would additionally have ready access to it also.

However, in most manners, other than its selected output tube, it is as common as the myriads of other Grundigs in its treatment of the rest of its other circuitry.

Confactually, it is almost as common as the AA-5 in its tube selection, and a taking of a page of that circuitry, in the respect of the half wave rectification in the power supply and direct use of AC line voltage for B+ derivation.

However, they did have a variant, in its respect of having transformer step down for the tubes filament supply.

ASIDE:

Did 'ja ever notice just how much periperal info that is also being included on a fine ole generation 'Cherman schematic page like this one?

Inclusive of:

Look at the resistor standards inset and you can zero in on the units wattage specification, with the film or wirewound types having been marked up as the "square wave " assimilations.

Consulting the capacitor info inset, you can zero in on its type . . . . electrolytic-paper-plastic film-ceramic . . . along with the units voltage rating.

Proper fuse specs variants for different A.C. input voltages.

Voltages expected at tube plates and screens , even between AM-FM modes, and additionally the expected current consumption along that specific B+ feed branch .

Pilot lamps are usually spec'd with the voltage ALONG with its current rating . . .47 or a 44 ?

A break down of the switching action of the "piano keyboard " bandswitching.

Tube pin /to/ function breakouts, at the top of the page. (Note the additional filament specs.)

And finally . . . ladeeeez and gentlemen . . . for your winding pleasure . . . do note at the very bottom of the page the full spec's . . .e.g. . . .wire size, number of turns and expected resistance . . . for the power transformer and the audio output transformer winding of this set.

Aaaach Himmel . . . I am dun bin thinkink dat I'm not bin vorkink vit der Amerikanski radios agin !
