Is the radio presently working at all? If not, I wouldn't advise replacing the caps yet, except for the power supply filter caps. You should troubleshoot first, and get it working after a fashion. Then after each cap is replaced, check to make sure the radio still works.

Otherwise, you'll likely wind up with a radio that still doesn't work, and it'll be difficult to determine if you made a mistake in the recapping.
