Hello All,
I am working on a basket case AK model 145. Capacitor C5 102 was broken off the freq. switch. I cant tell from the schematic where it connects to the rear disc of the switch. If I am reading the schematic correctly, it is not one of the tabs, but where does the cap connect?
Thanks for any help.
Jon.

C-5 connects to the moving part of the switch. It can go to 3 positions.

Warren,
Thanks for the info, I have never run into this before, is there a lug on the switch that is for the moving part of the switch?
Jon.

Yes, there should be a lug on the switch that continually rides the moving contact area. That moving contact selects 3 different stationary contacts.
