GE P990C world monitor Tuning pulley missing.

Hello All,
Some time ago (3 or 4 years ago?) I attempted to restring the dial cords in this radio, I had them all strung and then the tuning wheel that was on a shaft flew off into the "twilight zone" so fast I couldn't see where it went and I have never been able to find it. Is there any chance of finding another wheel. Also, I took this set apart some time ago and do not know where the antennas hook up to the PC board. I was doing this for a friend. Does anyone have a diagram I could look at to see how it all fits back together? Also, what screws hold the chassis inside the cabinet. I cannot find them. If anyone knows, please help. I can probably get them at a local fastener store.
I was putting on the dial cords for a friend. Then I put it on a shelf in a closet. Now my friend wants it back. Maybe there's a another working chassis with dial cords already strung in a beat up cabinet somewhere? Or is this wishful thinking?

Thanks,

Dave
