Mister Rooney . . . . . .
And I do deem it appropriate to initially call you Mr Rooney, as I do not quite feel the well being and am equally ill at ease in immediately calling you Mickey . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . heh . .heh .. .heh . . .'jes messin' wit' yer mind . . .
With the red herring clues in the tube lineup of the 6X5 versus a more common 5 volt rectifier tube as well as the 6K6 being used for the audio output instead of the more commonly used 6F6. Seems like those two factors seem to point that unit as possibly being a Westinghouse International model of receiver.
Data seems to be available of these two variants from this supplied site with the models of interest being the :
M-102 . . . velly velly similar to your supplied number . . and yet another possibility in the M111.
( NOT being hot linked, as they seem to abort and then go direct to der 'cherman General homely page, when being treated in such manner.)
