I have a listing from CrCo showing their tube numbers and equilivent standard types. I'll have to scan and send the list. CeCo claimed at the time to have largest plant devoted exclusively to making radio tubes.
Tube specifications can also be found in, "The Collector's Vacuum Tube Handbook". Each tube has a separate page so that would take more scanning.
