That's about I can tell you, but here is a URL to a site that has some of Belknap's catalogs for sale.

Doug,
Is there a schematic glued to the inside or bottom of the cabinet? If there is look for small letters or the initials of a company in one of the corners of the label. Often the manufacturer was identified this way on radios that were merchandized for a chain or store brand.
Hope this helps,
Jon.

Doug,
Go to www.radioattic.com and go to their archives. There are three pics of Belknap radios there. You might be able to at least i.d. the model number or contact the owner.
