freshman equaphase

i just aquired a freshman equaphase from family....its a model g-10 and i cant find anything about this radio...any help would be great

here is what I can tell you.... The model G-10 was sold in 1927 and was a very early AC set. If yours is the console model with lift top and 4 spinnet legs..thats a nice set. I WOULD NOT run the set unless it has been electronically restored. The set will have a large "block" with paper capacitors in it that will need to be replaced for safe operation...Your set is not a VERY collectable set but a nice one at that because it is an early AC set rather than running off of batteries

I just came across this site monents ago.
I bought a Freshman Equaphase G-4 back in the late 1980's. This has tall spindly legs, lift up top. The radio is turned on when the left front door is opened. What can somebody tell me about that?
