procurement of a manual for Heathkit TC-3 tube checker

Hello. I just recently acquired a Heathkit TC-3 tube tester and am having difficulty attempting to obtain a manual (or copy) for it. I know Heathkit was bought out years ago but I cannot recall the company who took it over. Can anyone jog my memory please? Thanks.
