I'm looking for a schematic and/or service manual for a Telefunken Allegro Stereo 205. I think it was known as model 101 in some markets. The Andante and Sonata stereo models appear to have the same/similar internals. I have searched the internet but not having much luck. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Dennis
A friend has asked me to have a look at his Telefunken Allegro which produces a loud mains hum and not a lot else. I noticed your post on this site. Are you able to point me towards a schematic? Your comments greatly appreciated.

Since you provided E-mail contact info, I have sent you both the 5083 manual and a schematic back up of a "brother" set.
Since . . . . . the 5083 original looks like an old Riders manual with all of its hits and linear aberrations to its two piece schematic.
Your HUMMMMMMMMMMM problem should be one and or both of the 50 ufd filters that come off from the sets SS full wave bridge rectifier.
If no screen voltage is found on the AF outputs, additionally you need to suspect an open 1.8 K resistor(s) which comes off the bottom hum bucking winding of the AF transformers, which supplies the sets sub B+ voltage.
