So I stumbled upon a Jackson Dynamic Tube tester in the garbage, it looks mostley complete a few loose or stray wires . No meter but it has many pin outs I could use...... I guess this inquirey is for EDD, there is no chassis but that can be remedy. I need a diagram or wiring info . and also a good sub for the meter. Isnt a meter a meter? I could use this old tripplett meter right.

Lisa,I am trying to imagine a Jackson Dynamic Tube Tester with no chassis! What do you have there, a bunch of wires and switches hanging from a bunch of tube sockets? I'm not familiar with the Jackson tester but do you mean it had no cabinet? EICO mounted everything on the face panel which could be refered to the chassisbut thats a stretch. As to the meter a meter is a meter is a meter if each meter has the same FS rating and resistance. The dial scale may have to be altered for its new use but the other two criteria must be the same. The circuit that it is in is designed to feed a meter with the above two criteria in mind. If they change, the circuit must be re-designed of the meter altered to fit the specs. PL

That sounds as though it is qualified to only be a "parts" tester. If the condition is as rough as you have described - even a seasoned technician would have much difficulty in its useful restoration. I'll venture it was in the refuse for good reason. Perhaps you can sell it via Ebay or Craigslist and apply what you make toward a working tube tester. In any event.... good luck!
