Help ID Cathedral Radio

Well if this photo posts then will you please let me know if you know anything about Brand and/or model of this small cathedral. It is only about 9 in tall and 6.5 inches wide. It belongs to a friend in our Radio Club. The tube line up is: 36,37,38, 39 It seems to have no markings for clues.

Phil,
I tried the tube line-up using the sequence 36,37,38,39 and did not get any results, however I entered the sequence in reverse order and got more hits than you indicated. Just a note for those who may not have thought to do it in reverse when using this.
We still have not made the id yet though so if you are just reading this and know the manufacturer we would still like to hear from you.
