Can anyone tell me the values of the two capacitors in the above radio

Hi, since the SW schematic does not give values I can only guess.

I find that the capacitor across the grid leak resistor is usually .00025 mfd. The other cap, the plate bypass can vary quite a bit in these old radios. Your could try .001 to .005 mfd and I have seen even higher. That one is not too critical so you could experiment.

Have you tried the radio with the existing caps. They are usually mica and I usually find them to be acceptable as is.
