Cleartone Radios
1/6/2010 9:46:13 PMChris
I have a Cleartone radio with 7 dials on the front. It does not have a model number or year, but has a serial number of 3392. I'm thinking it may be 1920s. Can anyone tell me any more information about this radio?
1/6/2010 9:51:15 PMgeorge can you post a pic ??

I have a picture of the radio, but I don't see how to add the picture to this forum system. I can send it via email address above. I have found out that it is a Model 60 with RF Coil taps. Does anyone know if the radio takes O1A tubes? I would also like to know what year it is if anyone knows? Serial number is 3392. Anyone have an idea of the value of the radio?

Chris, do you have anyplace to post a photo on the net. A lot of members use photobucket, I use myspace. Once you have the photo somewhere on the net, open your post and start your message to insert the curser in the body. Type in then right click on your image, choose properties, use the curser to highlight the URL, (will end in jpg)then right click again on the highlight and choose copy. Close out the page. Make sure the curser is in the post again then go to edit and click paste. Then type >.
So it should look like this-

Then post- hopefully it'll work. A smaller , (VGA-email),size will look, and work, better than a huge photo.

Good luck-
Terry
