Unknown radio

I was given a radio, and this thing has no information on it. The front of the radio has a round glass dial about 5'' diameter with the bands on it. It also has round tabs on the class with station lettering in them and they are adjustable. The radio runs on 2 volts only. The tube line up is 1-1g1 3-30 1-1c6 1-34 1-1f6.
The only number inside the cabinet is ether a Model #7t39 or a 7139. It also says Hazeltine. This a wood cabinet. Any idea on this strange radio?
