Tubular Electrolytic Capacitor question

Have a Tubular Electrolytic Capacitor, 20+8 @150 v

It has 3 leads, black, red and yellow. I know black is negative but what color goes with the 20uf and 8uf? There are no markings on the capacitor telling what color each lead is, only + on one end and a black band on the other. I do not have a schematic for the radio. Is there a color code for these capacitor leads?

Typically the larger capacitor is closer to the rectifier cathode, though not necessarily.

Usually the red wire goes to the higher value capacitor first. If you have a capacitor tester you can prove if this is correct, as well as if it is usable.

One quick way to check, is to use an ohm meter. The 20 MFD side will take longer to charge, and have a bigger kick when revercing the test leads.
