Silvertone Anomoly?

I have the chassis and speaker from what I thought was a model 1670. The three controls and escutcheon match the picture of that model in Stein's Silvertone book. Pulling up the schematic, I discovered the tube line-up does not match mine. I know everything is where it's supposed to be because there's a label with the tube diagram on the back of the chassis. Mine indicates (2) 280, (3) 46, (1) 227, (2) 56 and (3) 58. But, the schematic suggests (2) 80, (3) 58, (1) 58 or 24A, (2) 47, (2) 56 and (1) 27. Could this have been an earlier or later (Colonial built?) chassis that was parked in a surplus 1670 cabinet? Unfortunately, the cabinet is long gone. Certainly and odd duck, no matter.

Sears made several models with push-pull 46's driven by another 46 tube.

Thanks for your input Norm, but my chassis has 11 tubes, not 12.
