Truetone Cabinet AM/FM/Phono Radio

Help, I'm trying to find a schematic for a Truetone cabinet AM/FM/Phono tube type radio (only had an input for a phono, no record player included).
I've found the following numbers on the chassis, none of which match anything I can find anywhere: 2X506, 0A53, 0453, 334, 7A96. Based on owner's information, the 0453 is likely the date of manufacture.

This has 2 octal tubes (6V6 output, 6X5GT rectifier) and 7 - 7 pin minatures (6BE6, 6AB4 x 2, 6BA6 x 2, 6AV6 and 6AL5).
Any help would be most appreciated!

I have the AM section working with decent volume by retubing and by replacing the cathode resistor bypass capacitor, but changing the capacitor seems to have killed the very weak reception I was getting on FM.
Thanks,
Jim

Truetone was made by various manufactures. That tube line up does sound like mid 50's. There is a link of some manufactures that did so.

What you could do, is look through some of the makers schematics, for one that is the closest to yours.
For now I would check around the FM detector ( 6AV6 ) Values of resistors from the FM section. Of course those old capacitors.

Thanks for the link. I did find something that looked close there. Now I just have to wait to see if that schematic is close to what I need. While trolling the net for a solution I saw a series of 30 posts that sounded like it's easy to get in over your head on FM in a tube radio. I'll start looking closely at the 6AV6. Fortunately, this set has not been buggered up by someone else before I got here, so clues should be available.
