Is Conar 224 a tube emission or dynamic conductance tester ?

Can anyone share the experiences use or opinions on this tester and is this good enough compare to B&K or Hickok etc ??

Would you suggest some reliable & good(cost) dynamic / mutual conductance tester that can use for tubes like
6AQ5, 12AX7, 6D10 , 6CA7 & 300b.
