Hi,

Using a solvent such as PPG's DX330 is probably as good of a solvent as you are going to find for the task, and while the chassis is still damp with it, use a high pressure air nozzle to spray from one end to the other.

1-1-1 Trichloroethene, or 1-1-1 Trichloroetheylene, might also work too. Those may have been replaced with a triflouroethene, which still may work fine, but unintentional contact with most plastics may not be desired.

If a ceramic, bakelite (a phenolic plastic), most epoxies (if not exposed for extended time periods), Nylon, or polyester are the only "plastics" that may be contacted with the solvent, there should be no problem with any of the solvents listed if they contact those plastics.

Use care with the solvents as always.
