And there you have the photo of interest as well as the schematic of the Jones plug just below it, which I am “consuming” that you do not have the power supply for that unit and are wanting to know how to hook up / interface a power supply to that RCA unit.
Of which I am sure that the main point of interest would be the level of B+ used as it shows the pin connector that it goes in on.
The filament connections are also shown but they would also have to be paired up to coordinate with the power supply being used.
Give us more details if that is not what you are wanting to know.

Thanks (as always) for your painstaking and thorough advice. As you've uploaded the images for me, I'll go to the questions, which you have anticipated.
So,
i) I do not have the matching power supply. One of these days I'll get a radio that I can just plug into a wall socket and 'away we go'...
If you have any suggested sources for such supply I'd be grateful. I wonder if an ARBE III would do? I have one of those, but I'm not sure how it would be hooked up using the 21 pin Jones plug.
ii) What is the B+ voltage likely to be (90?).
iii) I'm not quite sure how the 6V would be hooked up (I have a power supply/battery pack with a + and - 6V wire). Would the - be the 'ground', or the +? Would one hook up in the case of 6V 'on', 6voltdc power from the same supply to sockets 7/10/13/16/19? What would the 'ground' be in this case?
As for the connectors, the B+ comes in at pin 2; what would you have coming through at pins3-6 (see diagram)? For some reason I also thought there should be a 1.5V input somewhere, but I guess the heater is 6V here instead of 1.5 (the latter used for the filament of other battery powered radios I've seen; I guess this set uses 6V; it does have a 6E5 'tuning eye', which I've not seen on a battery-powered set)?
So many questions (sorry). Any advice greatly appreciated.
I'll try posting an image for two for practice.
Cheers,
Leslie
