Old Metal Ballast Tubes

I have a Fada model 20 w. It has a ballast tube that looks like it is marked 115-41. I have found sources for 115-XX with a different -number at the end. Can anyone tell me what that number represents? The tube is missing a number of pins and appears to somewhat be proprietary to FADA.I will test for continuity across some the pins. However, I would like to have a spare if it tests okay.

Jeff,
According to my ballast tube handbook, it drops 49V @ 300ma.
Resistance between pins 3 & 2 - 130 ohms, 2 & 8 - 15 ohms, 3 & 8 - 130 ohms and 8 & 7 - 15 ohms.

Thank you kindly Carl.
It looks like I will have to get myself one of those handbooks!
