Has anyone heard of an external radio antenna called "Antenex?" It is about three inches in diameter and about two inches thick. There are two wires coming from the side, and it has a brass nut and pointed square washer in the back-center for a separate ground. This cup-shaped device also has two mounting ears molded into it. It also appears to have some sort of sealed cover across the front. It came with a Philco 38-9 table top radio I bought a while back.

It must be the season for them! I just found one on a Philco 41-250 I got for repair. I'm looking for info on it,too.
