Just had to bump this back to the top for some reason I only posted a few hours ago and seems like it is so far down because of posts from another person who seems to have everything on here. I am new to the forum and dont understand why it is going on but if anyone could help with rogers radio here it would be a big help.
Forgot to mention I am looking for a Rogers tube as well yes I know dreamer but thought I would try all my sources are running out. I am looking for a
6F7M the subs for this tube are 6P7G,UG6P7G or UG-6P7G thanks for any help
still looking for someone with info on this radio
Other than what Ed supplied from RCC we have little information on Canadian radios. I will forward you post to Ed who may have more.
Found 6P7G to be available here:

::::I am looking to see if someone in the group would have any photos of this radio. I am looking for shots of the tone control that operates the rotating dial of this radio. I cannot see how to make it turn other then by hand when out of the cabinet. It looks like the one I have is broken or something missing to make it work. If anyone has info on this it would be appreciated.

If you're referring to the tone control - some models had a gear mounted on the shaft of the tone control - when the tone control was rotated fully clockwise the gear would mesh with another - mounted on the dial shaft - that was connected to a rod that in turn was connected to variable inductors in the IF - thus widening the IF frequency response to give better fidelity.
Your best bet is to get hold of George Found at Grandpa's radio shop in Kitchener - he has many of the Consolidated Industries factory original schematics for these radios
- they usually include parts list and chassis layout diagrams.
The 6F7M will be hard to obtain - anyone who has one likely won't give it up - a 6P7 can be used - but I believe you will have to rewire the socket - contact me if you don't have the rewiring instructions - sometimes Rogers used tube sockets that didn't contain all 8 female pins - so you may have to replace the socket - I've done it before - PITA - lots of wires and components to move in a confined area- but the radio performed just fine.
For some reason - information on 1936 model year radios can be hard to get - the same chassis will likely have been used in other models - see if there is another chassis number on the plate of the radio and I will try to cross reference it to other model NAMES - usually stamped on the rear of the Cabinet in white or silver paint. That may make it easier to come up with a picture.Who knows - I'm rearranging my shop right now - I may have one of those chassis or radios right now.
Pacific TV doesn't seem to have any 6P7 right now - but you might want to contact him to get some - otherwise you can try Radio Daze - http://www.radiodaze.com/tubes-05.htm
Good luck - Steve
I have a Royal Star of the same time. It came with a 6F7 mickey moused into an eight pin socket and works that way.
