Judging by the number of postings made by various contributors (6-27/6-28), I was probably the only one cut out completely. Access to the forum was a flash and gone. Presumably those who had access, posted in the normal way, otherwise would have been returned immediately to the home page like me. Only after reading EDD's posting, one word at a time, was I able to access all the forum, but still with mixed results, and noted the many postings during the down period. Don't think my PC has been captured and being used by an unsavory hacker, but judging by the activities of the last 2 days, my ISP address may be in question.

When i look back on all those who give technical computer information here in this forum ..I can speculate who may be behind this...We have had one particular poster that continually HAWKed his wares on this site and when finally confronted..all this started to happen...It looks like to me it was a "If i can hawk my wares here nobody will have this forum" ..Nor sure about this but that what I believe. Someone who has access to our IP adresses did this...

Quit running your mouth off - it has nothing to do with a poster who has access to our IP addresses. It is a SITE PROBLEM. Shove your speculation where the sun don't shine and quit being a paranoid freak. As far as the chopped off finger man hawking his wares, the more we ignore him the less frequently he will post. I have already emailed the owner of ARF about his incessant postings as they infringe on the rules of the forum.
